Marston’s CFO to step down

Marston’s has announced that its chief financial officer (CFO), Hayleigh Lupino, has informed the board of her decision to leave the business to pursue a new opportunity.

Lupino will remain with Marston’s as CFO and an executive director for the remainder of its financial year until October 2025.

Marston’s said this would ensure a smooth transition while her successor is appointed, and the pub group confirmed that the process to recruit a new CFO was underway.

CEO of Marston’s, Justin Platt, said: “I would like to thank Hayleigh for her more than 20 years of service to the group. Since becoming CFO in 2021, she has played a key role in Marston’s transformation into a pure-play hospitality business, helping lay the foundations for the group’s continued success. She leaves with our very best wishes for the future.”
