Redcentric appoints new CFO

Tony Ratcliffe has been appointed as the new chief financial officer (CFO) at IT managed services provider, Redcentric.

He brings over 25 years of senior financial management experience to the role, having worked with fast growing technology and service companies, including on AIM and Nasdaq. His experience extends across a number of high growth sectors, including healthcare, software and materials science.

Ratcliffe joins the firm from the healthcare technology group, SourceBio International, where he served as CFO. In this time, he led the group’s AIM IPO and successful restructuring.

In prior CFO roles, he has acquired varied operational, transactional and strategic experience and driven growth, both organically and via mergers and acquisitions.

Racliffe qualified as a charted accountant with KPMG.
