Tribe Technology has appointed Kirsty McShane as its new chief financial officer (CFO), replacing Eric Hampel, who has stepped down from the role.
McShane, who is ACA qualified, joins the firm from Bamford Bus Company, trading under Wrightbus, where she was group finance director. In this role, she was responsible for forming the new management team for Bamford Bus Company post-acquisition.
She also worked at Wright Group, where she was appointed as finance director in September 2018. Prior to this, McShane was senior associate and assistant manager in corporate finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Tribe Technology appointed McShane to the role on 30 May, and has taken the position as of today.
Chief executive officer at Tribe Tech, Charlie King, said: "We are delighted to welcome McShane to the company. I would once again like to thank Hampel for his hard work and dedication over the last four years as well working to ensure a smooth transition before his departure and wish him every success in his new role."
