The chief financial officer (CFO) at RegTech Open Project (RTOP), Paul McFadden, has resigned from his position, effective immediately.
The firm announced yesterday evening that McFadden was to step down from the role.
He has agreed to assist the firm in an advisory capacity until a successor is appointed.
RTOP is a technology based firm that specialises in regulatory technology.
It has developed the Orbit open platform, a software platform focused on operational resilience, which allows for customers to navigate the regulatory landscape, while improving compliance and reducing the risk of business disruptions.
Until a successor is found, RTOP said that its senior leadership team will be under the guidance of its chief operating officer, Corrado Rosi, who will lead the business in collaboration with non-executive directors.
