4imprint Group appoints new CFO

Michelle Brukwicki has been appointed as chief financial officer (CFO) designate at 4imprint Group and is set to start in the role from 9 December.

The appointment follows the announcement that David Seeking will be retiring from the board and the CFO role by the end of 2025. His six month notice period will commence from 31 December.

Brukwicki is a certified public accountant in the US with accounting experience gained initially with Deloitte & Touche, and previously served as senior vice president – finance and CFO at TDS Telecom.

She brings over 25 years of financial and accounting related experience at publicly listed companies, along with experience in strategic planning and business development, leadership development, enterprise risk management and investor relations.

Brukwicki will be initially appointed as CFO designate and is expected to become CFO and be appointed to the board no later than 31 May 2025.
