Software provider Crimson Tide has announced the appointment of Rachael Rowe as its new finance director.
The company confirmed she will take up the role from 8 September.
Crimson Tide also announced that Peter Hurter will step down as finance director and as a director of the Company on 31 August. Hurter will be available as a consultant to the group for a short period of time to ensure an orderly handover.
Rowe has previously spent 16 years working in finance roles in various sectors. She joined Saga in 2015, holding numerous financial leadership positions over a period of seven years, and since 2022 has been with the Richemont Group as head of finance focused on the global accounting and operations for Watchfinder.
Non-executive chairman at Crimson Tide, Chris Fielding, commented: “I am delighted to confirm the appointment of Rachael as finance director. In past roles, she has demonstrated the leadership and expertise required to help further develop Crimson Tide.
