Computacenter has announced that its chief financial officer (CFO) Christian Jehle, is stepping down from the role.
Jehle is also stepping down as an executive director of the board by mutual agreement with the company.
Computacenter, which provides computer services to public and private sector customers, confirmed that Jehle will remain a Computacenter employee until 31 December 2024, to help facilitate a smooth transition.
Following Jehle’s departure and ahead of any future appointment, Computacenter said his responsibilities would be fulfilled by the broader finance team in conjunction, with the existing executive management team.
“The board would like to thank Christian for his contribution to Computacenter during his tenure and wishes him well for the future,” a statement from the company said.
“The company’s nomination committee will now undertake a process to find a successor and will make a further announcement once this has been completed.”
