Gurvinder Kaur has been appointed as chief financial officer (CFO) at designer, developer, distributor and retailer of sports, leisure and mobility equipment, Tandem Group.

Kaur is ACCA qualified and has been working with the company for over 24 years.

Most recently, she has worked as chief commercial officer at Tandem Trading and has previously served as its finance director, overseeing activities across the finance function.

Kaur brings extensive chain management experience, from purchasing to distribution, that the firm describes as being "pivotal" in maintaining the "smooth and effective" operations of the business. She has also played roles in numerous acquisitions by Tandem.

Furthermore, she has a wealth of experience in the toy industry, having previously worked for Mattel Inc for six years as a financial analyst prior to joining Tandem.
