Sondrel appoints Siobhan Martin as CFO

Siobhan Martin has been appointed as the new chief financial officer (CFO) at provider of ultra-complex chips for global technology brands, Sondrel.

Martin has held a number of senior finance roles across various international businesses, including RPS Group and Inchcape, and is currently chief operating officer at Hawarden and Glen Dye Estates.

She will start her new role on 30 September and is expected to be appointed to the board shortly after.

Sondrel’s current CFO, Nick Stone, is set to leave the firm later this month.

The news comes after the John Chubb was announced as the firm’s new chief executive officer in May.

Chairman at Sondrel, David Mitchard, said: "On behalf of the Board, I'd like to thank Stone for his contribution to Sondrel since he assumed the position of Interim CFO in September 2023. Siobhan has worked with our incoming CEO, John Chubb, in the past and brings a wealth of operational and finance experience. I look forward to welcoming her to Sondrel when she joins shortly."
