Feedback has appointed Emma Oswick as its new chief financial officer (CFO), after Anesh Patel announced his intention to step down from the role from 10 November.

Oswick has a background in subscription-led technology businesses, and joins the clinical infrastructure from Energy Aspects, where she most recently served as interim CFO.

Feedback stated that she has a proven track record of driving strategic change, optimising financial performance and developing high-performing teams.

Oswick also brings M&A and integration experience to the role, with a passion for technology and its role in process improvement.

Chief executive officer at Feedback, Dr Tom Oakley, said: "On behalf of the Board, we would like to thank Anesh for his significant contributions and services to the Company during his tenure. Anesh has been instrumental in helping to establish a scalable platform to deliver our ambitious growth strategy.
