The chief financial officer (CFO) at Dialight, Carolyn Zhang, has stepped down from the role with immediate effect.
The firm, which provides LED lighting for heavy industrial applications, confirmed Zhang stood down for personal reasons by mutual agreement with the board.
As a result, the company’s interim results for the six months to 30 September 2024 will be rescheduled and announced by the end of November.
Chair of the audit committee, Nigel Lingwood, will oversee the finalisation of the company’s interim results.
He will also conduct the search for a replacement CFO.
It comes as the firm said its performance has been in line with management’s expectations, with accounts showing similar revenue to last year (£70.6m in H1 2023) and a small operating profit, following a £1.94m loss in same period in 2023.
