AdvancedAdvT has acquired the provider of public sector digital transformation solutions provider, Goss Technology Group, for £13.5m.
The UK-headquartered international software solutions provider said that the consideration for Goss Technology comprises £8.5m in cash and £5m in ordinary shares.
AdvancedAdvT stated that the acquisition is a strategic move that strengthens its position in the public sector by expanding its portfolio with "scalable, low-code digital solutions".
It added that the deal also opens up cross-selling opportunities within its existing public sector customer base and broadens its reach across the UK and Ireland.
Furthermore, the technology firm stated that the acquisition is timely, aligning with structural changes in local Government.
In the year to 30 June 2024, Goss reported revenue of £5.35m, with net assets of £3.25m.
