Videndum has announced the appointment of Brian Morgan as its new chief financial officer (CFO) and a member of the board.

The move will come into effect from 13 October.

Videndum, a manufacturer of hardware and software for the film industry, also confirmed that current interim CFO, Sean Glithero, will step down on that date but stay with the company until the end of his contract on 31 October, in order to hand over to Morgan.

Previously, Morgan has served as CFO at flooring manufacturer Victoria between 2022 and 2025, and held a variety of other senior roles at Synthomer, Essentra and Tate & Lyle.

Videndum’s chairman, Stephen Harris, said: “I am delighted to welcome Brian to the board as group CFO. Brian’s financial and commercial expertise will be invaluable as we continue to negotiate a refinance of the business and work to drive the business forward.
