Recruitment company SThree has announced that its chief financial officer (CFO), Andrew Beach, is to step down from the role.
Beach will step away from the board at the conclusion of SThree’s annual general meeting on 29 April, after almost five years with the company.
SThree’s current senior VP finance USA, Damian Fehrenberg, will become interim CFO from 30 April while the process to identify a permanent successor is conducted.
The company confirmed that Beach has agreed to continue within the business until the announcement of the company’s H1 results on 21 July, to support a smooth transition.
SThree CEO, Timo Lehne, added: “Andy has made a significant contribution to SThree since he joined us in 2021. He has played an important role in creating the strong foundations to drive efficiency and growth at SThree for many years to come, including through his contribution to the successful implementation of our Technology Improvement Programme (TIP).
“On behalf of SThree, I would like to thank Andy and wish him every success for the future.”
Beach commented: “I have enjoyed my time at SThree and am proud of the achievements during my tenure, including strengthening the financial foundations of the business, delivering material operational efficiencies and successfully implementing the TIP on time and on budget.
“With stable performance being delivered, FY26 expectations reiterated and the TIP now successfully deployed, it feels like the right time for me to consider the next phase of my career.”
