Engineering firm Equipmake has confirmed that its chief financial officer (CFO), Tony Ratcliffe, has resigned from the company.
The move will be effective from 30 November 2024 and the company revealed it would now commence the search for a new CFO.
Equipmake provides electric powertrain solutions for the global automotive, aerospace, marine, construction and bus markets.
The firm said that Ratcliffe would continue to be available to provide strategic financial support on a consulting basis. It also announced that day-to-day finance activities will now be led by head of finance, Laurence Moore, who is to also be appointed as company secretary effective from 30 November.
Equipmake CEO, Ian Foley, said: “I would like to thank Tony for his support this year and for the on-going flexible support he will be able to provide to Equipmake.
“The board as a whole appreciate the financial clarity and leadership he has provided and particularly appreciate his expertise in helping to secure the recent financing round and wish him well as he pursues his future career.”
