Cordel Group announces permanent CFO appointment

Cordel Group has announced that Natasha Dinneen has been appointed as the group’s permanent chief financial officer (CFO).

Dinneen has also been appointed as a director and will assume the role of company secretary, effective immediately.

Cordel Group, which provides an artificial intelligence (AI) platform for transport corridor analytics, announced in March that the company’s former CFO, Thouraya Walker, would be taking a six-month sabbatical with Dinneen coming in as interim CFO.

Walker has now returned from sabbatical and is moving to a non-executive director position on the company’s board, with immediate effect.

Chairman of the board, Ian Buddery, said: “We are delighted to retain Thouraya’s skills and experience as a board member and for Natasha to continue as CFO, a role in which she has made a very impressive contribution over the last six months.

“Natasha is a former KPMG auditor and has held senior finance roles with early-stage technology companies in the UK. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales. Having two highly skilled female directors on the board is a win for the company and our stakeholders.”
