The Revel Collective CFO steps down

The chief financial officer (CFO) at The Revel Collective, Danielle Davies, has tendered her resignation from the role to "take up another opportunity".

Davies joined the firm, formerly known as Revolution Bars, in 2020, having previously served as CFO at FootAsylum.

She will leave the business in the summer, and in the meantime, will focus on the delivery of the group’s full-year results.

The news comes after the firm, which owns brands including Peach Pubs and Revolución De Cuba, went under a major restructuring in September last year.

In its half-year results published earlier this month, The Revel Collective saw its adjusted EBTIDA dropped from £8.9m in the previous year to £6.1m, while its total sales dropped from £82.3m to £64.2m.

Chief executive officer at The Revel Collective, Rob Pitcher, said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Davies for her extensive contributions to the company during her tenure and her valuable support during this period. We wish her well in her future endeavours."
