Savills has appointed Nick Sanderson as its new chief financial officer (CFO), effective from spring 2026.
He will join the company from FTSE 250 central London real estate investment trust, Great Portland Estates, where he served as chief financial and operating officer.
Prior to this, Sanderson was a partner and head of real estate corporate finance advisory at Deloitte, having previously had a decade of real estate investment banking experience, most recently as managing director at Nomura.
He will take the role from Simon Shaw, who will become group chief executive officer from 1 January.
Shaw stated: "Nick has an impressive and extensive track record in both the public and private real estate sector and will be a great partner for me and the broader management team as we drive the next stage of the group's development."
