Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group has announced that Graham Duncan has been appointed to its board of directors and as interim CFO, with effect from 1 September.
He replaces Daniel Milling, who will transition from CFO to non-executive director at the AI-focused SME growth solution business.
Duncan brings over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance, financial reporting and capital markets, with CFO, finance director and board-level experience.
Since 2013, he has opened a consultancy business providing transactional support and financial reporting advice to growing private and public companies in the UK and abroad.
Duncan has held senior board positions at RentGuarnator Holdings, Chill Brands and Quantum Helium, as well as CFO positions at Aterian and BSF Enterprise.
