Neo Energy Metals has announced that it has suspended its CFO, De Wet Schutte, while it investigates potential misconduct.
The London-listed uranium and gold development company said the misconduct allegation is not in respect to any “financial mismanagement, impropriety or wrongdoing”, and its financial position has not been impacted.
Martin Westerman has been appointed to oversee Neo Energy’s financial function with immediate effect.
A further announcement will be made as appropriate.
