MindGym has appointed Nicholas Stone as its interim chief financial officer (CFO), effective from October.
Stone will be covering for the business improvements solutions provider’s current CFO, Emily Fyffe, who will be going on maternity leave.
Stone has held senior finance roles at AIM and main market companies, including as CFO at Braemar, group finance director at Hornby, and operations and finance director at KBC Advanced Technologies.
He joined MindGym at the end of August to ensure an orderly handover and will be supported by the firm’s senior finance team. He will not be appointed as director or join the company’s board.
Fyffe is expected to return to her role full-time from October 2026.
Chief executive officer at MindGym, Christoffer Ellehuus, said: "We are delighted for Emily as she embarks on this exciting chapter and wish her all the best. I am pleased to have welcomed Nick to the team, with his extensive experience and capabilities, and look forward to working closely with him as we execute our financial and strategic objectives."
Stone added: "I am very pleased to be joining MindGym at an important stage of its transformation and look forward to supporting Christoffer and the board on executing this."
