The chief financial officer (CFO) at Manolete Partners, Mark Taverner, has left the business today.
The insolvency litigation financing firm said it is now conducting a formal search to identify a replacement.
While the review is taking place, Taverner’s role will be filled by Manolete’s current financial controller, Rachel Lindley-Janes.
She has served at the company for over three years and will assume the title of interim head of finance.
Chief executive officer at Manolete, Steven Cooklin, said: "I would like to thank Taverner for his contribution to Manolete over the last five years and I wish him every success for the future."
