Iomart Group has appointed Matt Waymark as its new CFO, effective 14 September.

He joins the secure cloud services firm after serving as the CFO at a start-up bank.

Waymark has also worked at NatWest, serving as financial director for its commercial and institutional division, director of investor relations, head of group financial planning and analysis, and director of finance.

Executive chair at Iomart, Richard Last, stated: "We are pleased to welcome Matt to Iomart as our new CFO. Matt was selected following a thorough and rigorous process, and the Board is confident that his experience and financial leadership will be a significant asset as we continue to execute our strategy and deliver value for shareholders.
