Housing Plus Group has appointed Richard Nowell as its new CFO on an interim basis.

He replaces Suzanne Forster, who will leave the group in November after a period of extended leave.

She joined Housing Plus Group in 2026 and has added “significant value to the organisation” after the completion of the merger between The Wrekin Housing Group and Housing Plus Group.

Nowell will remain in the interim role until the end of the year, during which time, the business will recruit Forster’s successor.

Housing Plus Group said: “We wish Suzanne all the best in her future plans.”
