Richard Johnston has been appointed as the new chief financial officer (CFO) at luxury prize draw firm, Good Life Plus.
He brings experience a wealth of experience to the role, having worked as a CFO across various SaaS businesses, including Outplay Entertainment and Overtier.
The move comes the firm appointed co-founder and chief executive officer at Beer52, Fraser Doherty, to its advisory board.
Both Johnston and Doherty have been granted share options, being given two million and 1.12 million shares each respectively, valued at £0.001.
The firm said that these options will vest 12 months following their respective appointments and will be exercisable at 2.5 pence per ordinary share.
