Eneraqua appoints new CFO

Eneraqua Technologies has appointed John Samuel as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

Samuel will take over the role at the specialist energy and water efficiency solutions provider from James Lamb, who has served in the role as interim CFO since March 2024.

Lamb will move to the role of finance director at Cenergist and group financial controller.

Samuel has experience in roles at AIM companies, joining Eneraqua from Hargreaves Services, where he served as group finance director, and has also held executive board positions at Renew Holdings, Zetex and Filtronic.

He will join the company and its board on 4 November.
