BATM CFO announces resignation

The chief financial officer (CFO) at BATM Advanced Communications, Ran Noy, has announced his immediate resignation.

Noy will remain with the group for a handover period, as the firm’s new CFO, Leor Miles, joins the company.

Miles has over 15 years of experience in financial management for public and private companies, operating primarily across the technology industry, including as vice-president at BATM between 2015 and 2021.

He will join the Israeli-based, London-listed global provider of advanced network infrastructure, cybersecurity and diagnostics from Kenes Group, where he was group CFO.

Chairman at BATM, Dr. Gideon Chitayat, said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Ran for his contribution to BATM over a period where we have transformed our business and significantly improved our operations and infrastructure. We are grateful to Noy for his role in this and we wish him all the best for the future.

"I would also like to welcome Miles back to BATM. He already has familiarity with our business and he returns having gained valuable experience, which we look forward to benefiting from as we move to the next stage of our development and execute on our strategy."
